Exit Ghost will be playing an Audiotree Presents showcase with Chicago outfits Desert Noises and Republic of Lights on Sunday, May 20th--city dwellers, come on out around 8pm for a night of inventive, energized indie rock at Subterranean! Exit Ghost Album Release OK with Paste Magazine
After a three-day endurance recording session at Engine Studio in Wicker Park, engineered by Exit Ghost's very own Dorian Gehring (handsome fellow at left), we're really looking forward to a great time at Township for our album release on May 2nd! Let's party like it's Wednesday night! In other news, Paste Magazine recently included Exit Ghost in a list of "10 Illinois Bands to Listen to Now" , which we thought was a good sign. Check out the list here, which includes some of our own Chicago favs like The Congregation and Shy Technology. What a scene! We're glad to be a part of it! See you at Township!

Exit Ghost is one of four Chicago nominees for band of the month on The Deli, a national indie music review blog. Vote here to support Evan, Mike, Jordan, Dorian, and Julian in their quest to be the floating heads behind The Deli's banner during the month of May. Speaking of which-- we have an album to release! Move Alone is now streaming via Exit Ghost's soundcloud, and will be released physically in a straight bumpin' show at Township, in Chicago's Logan Square, on Wednesday, May 2. At long long last, we couldn't be more proud to present Jack Mayer's beautifully crafted music video for "Like I Did Before", an Exit Ghost staple, and the third track on the band's upcoming release, Move Alone. Check it out below, and feel free to pass it through as many social networks as you think you should reasonably belong to. The new album is streaming right-spanking-now on Soundcloud, and will be properly released May 2nd @ Township, in the heart of Chicago's Logan Square.
